1. Acceptance

By using Rally’s website or services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use Rally lawfully and respectfully. No harassment, no spam, no illegal activity, no circumventing our technical measures.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Rally a license to display it in the app and on the site as needed to operate the service.

4. Liability

Rally is provided “as is.” We make no warranties and are not liable for damages from your use of the service, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify users via email or in the app.
